Dr. Abhay Jain has been associated with IBMR Group of Institution, Gurgaon since
April 2022.

Dr. Jain holds a PhD in Management and a Master of Business Administration
from prestigious universities having a QS World Ranking under 600, namely Asia
Pacific University, Malaysia, and Middlesex University London (campus in Dubai).
His research focus revolves around quantitative studies, Small and Medium
Enterprises, IS Adoption, and Public Policy.

His expertise lies in the following subjects: International Business, Public Policy,
Strategic Management, and Business Research Methods.

He adopts Bloom’s Taxonomy in his teaching pedagogy and andragogy; moreover,
his teaching methodologies revolve around class-based discussion, case-based
teaching, and a cognitive development style.

He is also keen on developing new skills and giving back to society. He has published 5 research papers (ABDC/SCOPUS & UGC), 1 book chapter, and holds 2 patents to his credit. He also presents his research work in various national and international conferences, and has been part in delivering FDPs.
