Dr. Mallika Ahuja earned her PhD in finance from Manipal University Jaipur in 2018. She is UGC NET qualified. She holds an M.COM in Economic Administration & Financial Management from the University of Rajasthan and earned her Bachelor of Commerce from Kanoria College, University of Rajasthan, India. Her current research interests include Banking, Financial Inclusion, Last-mile payments, Economic Policy, and administration. She has been actively engaged in academic research; so far, she has presented 8 papers at National and International conferences of repute and published 6 papers in reputed journals, including Scopus-indexed publications. Additionally, she completed a 6-day research workshop at MNIT, Jaipur in 2017. She has had the opportunity to be associated with Manipal University Jaipur, Subodh College, University of Rajasthan, Jaipur, and Sushant University (formerly known as Ansal University), Gurugram. She possesses enriching academic experience of 4.5 years.
Currently, she is employed as an Assistant Professor at IBMR Group of Institutions and has expertise in Economic Administration & Financial Management, Banking Law & Practice, Indian & International Financial Systems, Strategic Management, Ethics & Corporate Governance.
Dr. Abhay Jain recently earned his PhD in the Information Systems domain from Asia Pacific University, Malaysia (QS 2023 ranking 179th in Asia). He holds an M.A. in International Business Management from Middlesex University, Dubai, a Graduate Diploma in International Business from Auckland Institute of Studies, New Zealand, and earned his Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Delhi, India. His current research interests include Public Policy, Information Systems, Digital Business, and the Informal economy. He is an active academic researcher, having published 2 joint patents and 2 research papers indexed in Scopus. Additionally, he has conducted a 5-day faculty development program, and has attended and participated in 2 national conferences and 7 international conferences.
He is currently employed as an Assistant Professor at the IBMR Group of Institutions, where he specializes in the Business and Management domain. His teaching areas encompass Entrepreneurship, Business Research, International Business Management, Strategic Management, and Public Policy.
Ms. Anjali Paliwal holds her Masters in Economics from Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut, earned in 2021. She completed her BA in Economics Honors from Galgotias University in 2019, where she distinguished herself by achieving the prestigious title of silver medalist. Her current research interests encompass microeconomics, international economics, environmental economics, and banking. She has actively participated in academic research, having already presented a thesis in international economics and foreign trade.
Additionally, she has obtained certifications in ‘R Software’ from IIT Kanpur and ‘Python’ from IIT Madras. With 1.5 years of enriching experience in academia, she has worked as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Economics. Presently, Ms. Paliwal serves as an Assistant Professor in the IBMR Group of Institutions, where she specializes in economic policies, microeconomics, international economics, and business statistics.
Ms. Chanchal Saini earned her M.Sc. in Computer Science from Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak. In 2023, she obtained her Bachelor of Science from Government P.G. College For Women, affiliated with Maharshi Dayanand University, India. She worked as a Job Coordinator in M.Sc. for two years under the guidance of Dr. Gopal. She shines brightly in the academic arena, holding the prestigious title of a gold medalist. Her current research interests include cryptography, big data, data warehousing, and data mining. She possesses enriching experience in academia, working as a Quality Analyst.
Currently, she is employed as an Assistant Professor at IBMR Group of Institutions and has expertise in Programming Languages, Computer Architecture, Data Structures, and Database Management.
G. Sahithya earned her MBA degree in Finance and HR from Osmania University, Hyderabad, in 2018. She is TS-SET qualified. She holds a B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technical University (JNTU), Hyderabad. She has four years of work experience at Technodrive, Hyderabad, as an HR Generalist. She also worked as an intern at Aditya Birla Group for three months.
She completed a project on “Rewards and Recognition” at Dr. Reddy Laboratories while pursuing her MBA. Additionally, she completed a project on “Mobile Theft Monitoring Android Application” during her graduation, which was awarded as the best project in the college.
She is currently employed as a Teaching Faculty at IBMR Group of Institutions and specializes in Financial Management, International Financial Management, Financial Commodities, and derivatives.
Ms. Neeraja Mahajan earned an MBA in Finance from IGNOU in 2002. She completed her graduation in Mathematics from Delhi University, India, in 1989. Additionally, she obtained a Degree in Education (B.Ed) from IP University in 2018 and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Data Analytics from NIIT, New Delhi.
Her research interests lie in Mathematics and Statistics. She has had the opportunity to be associated with Bharati Vidyapeeth Institute of Management and Research, Delhi, India, and Bharati Vidyapeeth College of Engineering, Delhi, India.
She attended workshops on how to present research papers in international journals in 2007 and workshops on Six Sigma Quality and SPSS Software in 2008.
With three years of enriching experience in academics, she is currently employed as an Assistant Professor with the IBMR Group of Institutions, Gurugram, where she specializes in the field of Mathematics and Statistics.
Mr. Himanshu Satendra Katiyar is a graduate of Graphic Era University, Dehradun, with a degree in Information Technology (B.Tech). Following his graduation, he embarked on a journey in the field of technology, initially engaging in freelance projects as a Full Stack Developer for both an NGO and a Real Estate firm. Subsequently, he secured a position as a Front-end Developer at Magic Edtech.
Presently, he is an esteemed contributor to the scholarly sphere, serving as an Assistant Professor at the prestigious IBMR Group of Institutions nestled in the vibrant city of Gurgaon. Within the vast tapestry of academia, his forte unfolds within the realms of Business and Management. He ardently specializes in the art of imparting knowledge, delving into the intricacies of Full Stack Development, navigating the labyrinth of Data Structures and algorithms, and unraveling the threads of fundamental programming languages such as C, C++, and Java.
Furthermore, his pedagogical journey extends beyond the mere realms of coding languages. He enthusiastically shares and cultivates the minds of budding scholars, providing insights into the intricacies of IT Infrastructure and elucidating the multifaceted responsibilities of Software Developers within the dynamic landscapes of multinational corporations.
Mr. Lakshay Gupta has a total of 9 years of work experience, out of which he served 7 years in different corporations in the field of Sales and Marketing domain. He has worked as an Event Organizer, Digital Marketer, in e-commerce, B2B, B2C, and the HVAC Industry. Additionally, he has 2 years of experience in the Education Industry. He demonstrated remarkable performance by serving 4 years in the Public Sector Unit (PSU).
He is qualified with a Post-Graduation in Marketing from JIMS Rohini AICTE in 2018 and completed his B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak, Haryana, in 2013.
Moreover, he is acquainted with the latest trends and techniques, certified in Artificial Intelligence from IIT Kharagpur under the be10x program, holds a Six Sigma (Black Belt) certification from Technical University of Munich in 2021, and possesses a Digital Marketing Certificate from DSIM. Having an inborn quantitative aptitude and a determination to carve a successful career in different industries, he actively participates in freelancing projects in the entrepreneurship field.
Currently, he is working as an Assistant Professor in the IBMR Group of Institutions, specializing in the Sales & Marketing Academics domain. His teaching expertise lies in areas such as Sales and Distribution, Digital Marketing, Advertisement Management, Product and Brand Management, Operation Management, Retail, Marketing Research, IMC, etc. Furthermore, he is a PhD Scholar in Marketing and has already published 1 research paper in Scopus and participated in 2 International Conferences.
