Mr. Arun K Kaul has been in academics for the last more than nine years, teaching subjects like Strategic Management, Business Ethics & Corporate Governance, Marketing, and Sales & Distribution Management to MBA students in various business schools in Gurgaon.He was an Adjunct Faculty in ICFAI Business School. Gurgaon till last year. He is now a Visiting Faculty in SOIL School of Business Design, Manesar and also Institute of Business Management & Research, (IBMR), Gurgaon.

He retired in March 2017 from the corporate office of Usha International Ltd (UIL) as Vice President. During his tenure spanning 32 years there, he held leadership roles in various disciplines including Supply Chain Management, HR-Industrial Relations, Legal, ISO-9000 and Administration covering a vast range of responsibilities. Before moving to the corporate office of UIL, he was heading the branch profit centre operations in various branch sales offices of the company for 10 years.

He was the founding member of the Usha Sales Training And Development Institute createdby USHA for in-house training of its personnel. For 8 years, till his extended retirement, he had been handling the induction and training of company personnel including Management Trainees & the Divisional Sales Teams.

Before joining Usha International, he had worked for 15 years with Sarabhai Chemicals, then number one pharmaceutical company in India, as Regional Manager (North), leading the sales and commercial teams in North India.

This totals to about 47 years’ experience in the Industry and 9 years’ experience in Academics.

He is an Independent Director on the Board of Directors of two companies.
