Dr. Chandni Bansal

Dr. Chandni Bansal holds a PhD in Management from O.P. Jindal Global University, a Master’s in Business Administration from Bhimrao Ambedkar University, Agra, and a Bachelor’s in Computer Applications (BCA) from the Institute of Basic Science, Agra. She has also completed her B.Ed. from Dr. B.R. Ambedkar University, Agra, with an A+ grade. She is NET, CTET, HTET, and B.Ed. qualified and has been a Gold Medalist throughout her academic career at both BCA and MBA levels, reflecting sustained academic excellence.

Her research focus revolves around contemporary issues in management and sustainability, including Artificial Intelligence, AI Bias, Sustainable AI, and Conversational AI, with a particular emphasis on integrating sustainability perspectives into AI-driven management practices.

At IBMR Group of Institution, she teaches subjects aligned with her academic expertise, including Artificial Intelligence, Management of Information Systems. Database Management Systems, Operating Systems, Computer Networking and Internet Technologies, Computer Fundamentals, and Office Automation Tools.

Her teaching methodologies revolve around classroom discussion, case-based teaching, use of relevant and emerging technologies in the classroom.

She is also keen on developing new skills and giving back to society. She has presented numerous research papers at national and international conferences and has published extensively in reputed Scopus and ABDC indexed journals in the areas of Artificial Intelligence and Sustainability. Her contributions to academic scholarship through research publications, conference presentations; curriculum development, academic mentoring, and collaborative projects reflect a strong commitment to quality education, interdisciplinary research, and the advancement of responsible and sustainable AI in management studies.
