MBA students of IBMR visited Caparo Maruti Ltd on 13/09/2024; during this visit, they got an opportunity to interact with the key managerial personnel in the Industry they explained all the key processes at Caparo and the rationale behind those processes, the students did not only understood the manufacturing processes through observation and the floor but they also got many insights on how and why of the product lines of Maruti and why it is a major automobile player in the Indian market. The students were able to ask questions and clarify their doubts. They were also enabled to look at Maruti through the lens of the current level of development in our country. The industrial session and the visit at Caparo not only enhanced the understanding of our MBA students but also helped them understand the implications of different specializations when it comes to handling various processes in an industrial setup.
Our students surely gained a lot from this visit not just in terms of understanding the processes but also understanding the vision and struggle behind such a humongous venture.
