Philip Kotler defines Marketing as – “The science of exploring, creating and delivering value to satisfy the needs of a target market at a profit”.

In this new era, our world is changing beyond our imagination. The new technologies that have come up are not only innovative but transformative.

As salt is important for any food we make, In marketing that pinch of personalization is now as important as salt in our food.

This world of marketing is now based on how well a customer is getting attached to the product or the service. It’s not about the money anymore , Its more about the emotional value and personalized experience that a brand delivers.
